On my group run this past week, heard quite a few folks already talking about plans for summer…and naturally the discussion soon turned to weight loss and getting into shape for the season. Still other running buddies talked about recent weight gain after completing an 18 week training plan and competing in the big race events at Disney …but now they’re still taking in the same amount of food and calories, and not working out enough to burn it all up.
