If your desire is to be a more dedicated and accomplished runner, you’ll benefit from making a checklist because it will save you time and effort in developing skills that are crucial to improvement.  After being a part of various training groups and working with running coaches, I developed a simple checklist to use as a guideline to keep me motivated and improve my running.
