Hope your week is off to a great start!                                                           I’m kicking off week 12 of marathon training and am seriously ‘Craving Carbs’ these days!  So I talked about these cravings with a friend while we walked and she replied, “…isn’t that what’s so great about all that running you do? You can eat whatever the heck you want and then just go run off all the calories.”    Well, yes and no.  Running as a form of exercise may keep weight gain in check, but bad food choices do nothing to make a person healthier or stronger
