Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be traveling away from home.  My  travel  will involve lots of time on planes, in multiple airports and shuttling – maybe even running – from one hotel to another. And all of this is happening at the same time as I head into Week 8 and 9 of marathon training.  How to make it all work?  Plan But Be Flexible As an event coordinator, my job has required me to travel frequently during my race training over the years.
